The holy rise of a universal civilization

It has been a while since things have began to change dramatically. Unprecedented terrorist state,  unprecedented horrible mass executions, unprecedented refugees storm, unprecedented frightened Europe, unprecedented chaotic MENA and everybody is lost and asking what's happening, and here is a possible answer: we are witnessing the majestic rise of a new gigantic civilization: The United States Of America.

Since nearly 3 decades, the selfish human nature and the current status of human evolution had decided the favoritism of the capitalist society over the socialist one, until resolving its final triumph in 1991, since then the expansion of globalization led by the US hasn't stopped.

America did already resolve its economic and military identity, but culturally it was often a clone of the European modernism led by west Europe. However, currently we are observing a regression in European secularism, coupled by the sad status of the left wings and supported by the Islamophobic growing far-right movements. We are even seeing same-sex marriage legalized in the US, drugs consumption legalized in some states, to be legalized by others, while in Europe it's still under debate in the majority of countries, thus, America is already determining its cultural identity, dropping forever its cultural dependence to Europe.

We are reaching a point where the political debate in France is being centralized on the traditional right, and the usual far-right is now considered moderate right, other countries will follow the same. The rise of the euro-skeptical far right will end up to an economically weak EU (I'm still optimistic and still mentioning EU: European Union) that cannot follow the other giants: the States and China.

Adding to all this the terrorist threat everywhere and the hate felt between the Muslim communities and the conservative sectors, Europe is going straight-forward to the cultural chaos and the economical disaster. Russia is struggling to protect its borders, not even thinking about expanding outside, only China is keeping a stable status, but the last word is absolutely to the United States.

Please do not count on an economical crisis that would stop the US for a while, they have already enough energy reserve, able to supply the country's needs for the next 200 years and soon they will start benefiting from the chaos in the middle east to accumulate more and more gas and oil to their current fortune, soon they will start transporting energy from outside the globe, soon the entire planet will be fully speaking and writing in English (the fact that I'm writing now in English, which is my 3rd language is already a proof), soon the rest of the world will become also additional states of the United States.



What have been happening since the industrial revolution in the early 20th century and the after-WW2 glory was just the preparation, The next years will witness the real rise  of the most powerful,confident but dangerous empire in the history of human kind, it's the sacred birth of a new universal civilization that will dominate and last for centuries and centuries, but as it has always been, new resistant counter-power will also see the light and will try to put things on the correct path, but surely not in the near future.

Arabic Problem Solving Techniques

We are in power, first tasks to do ...

We hate diplomatic and official responsibilities, we think it is deeped with a lot of hypocrisy and non-transparency, I see myself better as an artist or a bastard, however, I always have new, fresh and realistic ideas and plans concerning the social and economic policies.
today I will try to present them as an organised and complete program, that I guess it will inspire others.

Unlike other failed economic programs, My program is based on a scientific and a dialectic study, it is well ordered and divided in two major sub-programs :

the first is for direct and new projects, kind of action/reaction programs and the second is for indirect decisions over old projects or policies that will have impact on the economy.

Before entering in the details of both sub-programs, I start with the general decisions regarding the country in general :
We will declare 2014 a crisis year (I will explain later its consequences) include the state of emergency all over the Tunisian territory, critics and discussions about our program will be allowed.

Ok now we move to the details , let's start with the second type of programs, does not require a lot of financial resources, just needs correct & strong political decisions, like ours:

• The imports of machinery and transport equipment (essentially cars) cost every year 2.184.865 $ , 34 % of the total imports, for us, this is a lot for a small country,
  
  the people need more essential and basic products for health, education etc. in addition, the number of cars in Tunisia has exceeded 2 million, it means for every 5 persons there is a car , that's fine isn't it ? so following this analysis, we will reduce the import of transport equipment to 2 000 000 000 $ , and we will ban the import of high-standing cars.
• Debts, estimated to $24.49 billion in 2012, are a real problem for the motherland, more than an economic issue, it's a question of sovereignty and independence, these debt deals were made under mysterious and non-democratic conditions, and the money was spent on non-functional projects, furthermore, some corrupt responsibles benefited illegally from these debts, in fact , the people of Tunisia will be supposed to pay back all this money but they do not have to because I will suspend the payment of these debts for 10 years (I'm still nice I didn't say suspend it forever like what did Iceland after the uprising of 2008), negotiations with the EU will go to this sens, and we will use the card of illegal immigration during the negotiations :no debts no clandestine immigrantsdebts mean thousands of thousands of bastards will invade the EU.I hate shakedowns , but I will have too, despite that legally I don't have to pay back these debts. 
• "parallel market" , a popular sentence used to describe products imported illegally, first of all, it is not part of the economic cycle, secondly it destroys the national and traditional industry , and more than that it is even unhealthy sometimes , we will take the decision of banning the "parallel market" and stop all bullshit coming from Asia, this can cause a lot of people to be jobless I know, the alternative for them is ready! instead we will organize them in small and non-centralized import/export agencies that will deal with countries like Iceland, Cuba, South Africa, Brazil & Iran. this will be an important step for further cooperation with friendly nations.
• hundreds of billions are spent every year on religious celebration, especially "Eid Al Idh'ha", when every family has to buy an expensive sheep, it causes always financial crisis to citizens (especially the poor) and a boost in the price of meat , I will ban the celebrations for 2014 and by consequent the meat will be available all along the year with cheap prices for everybody.
• we will boost the taxes for rich businessmen and rich companies, and we will reform the tax policies and make it more realistic and equitable, we will even confiscate every non-lawful property.

That was the non-lucrative side of our economic policy, alone, it can save almost $5 billion to the national treasury.

Now we move to the lucrative and direct part of our economic part, it contains a set of new well-studied projects to help reduce unemployment and poverty :

• Something you don't recognize, is that Tunisia is still an agricultural country, talking about heavy industry is hallucination, it cannot become an industrial country without being a successful agricultural country, I will focus on this topic, it is simple , agriculture means water , and water means barrages, our policies will tend to build more barrages to redirect water to the most productive parts of the land, therefore, we will cooperate with the republic of Iran , one of the countries with the highest rate of dam constructions worldwide, high-qualified Iranian engineers will help Tunisia to improve its water infrastructure, it will be an essential factor to reach the self-sufficiency in grains instead of importing it.
• We will charge the army with the oil yield of 2014, from protection, to plantation and the olive harvest , military camps will be set up wherever olive groves are, and if necessary the owners of these fields take charge of the soldiers housing, oil is one of the few country's richness that can be exported abroad, that's why we will bet on it.

these are the only new projects that could be done under such tough situation, we will try to maintain, repair and correct the old going-on projects, and try to keep the economic growth at the same level because probably it can go worse.

Our economic program will become real through the help of high-qualified economic experts and through our sobriety and wise leadership. 

Des moments historiques

Deux ans et demi après son début ,le surnommé par "printemps arabe" passe par une crise sans précédent , des assassinats politiques et des attaques contre l'armée en Tunisie , un coup d'état et un début d'une guerre civile en Egypte , la Libye et la Syrie , parlons plus !
La question aujourd'hui dépasse l'économique et le sociale , c'est l'existence de l'état même .

Certes , les Frères musulmans sont les premiers responsables de ce qui se passe aujourd'hui en Tunisie , avant les élections du 23 octobres , ils ont joué tout pour arriver au pouvoir , ils ont même donné des renonciations par rapport à leur convictions idéologiques en évoquent la notion de l'état civile dans leurs discours , d'ailleurs c'a leur faisait perdre la partie la plus extrémiste de leur base électorale , les salafistes ...
Mais dés qu'ils arrivaient au pouvoir , ils ont commencé le processus de l'islamisation de l'état en ascendant leurs sympathisants et leurs collaborateurs aux fonctions importantes dans l'appareil sécuritaire , l'établissement de la télévision tunisienne , les gouvernorats ainsi que d'autres structures étatiques ; de plus , pour garantir le contrôle totale du pays , ils ont réussis à former un corps sécuritaires parallèle au ministère de l'intérieur , dont le rôle est de terrifier les citoyens et les opposants , ce fameux organisme , connu sous le nom des LPR (Ligues de Protection de la Révolution) a des portes-paroles et des soi-disant dirigeants qui le guident , mais , le vrai dirigeant , et celui qui contrôle les actions de ce corps , reste toujours inconnu .

Et avec une incompétence scandaleuse sur le plan économique de la part de ce gouvernement , voilà que Standars & Poor's dégrade deux crans la note de la Tunisie et nous nous trouvons aujourd'hui au bord de la gouffre .

Mais le plus inquiétant dans tout cela , est la position de l'occident, surtout la France , par rapport à ce qui se passe , on a toujours l'impression que l'occident sait que ces intégristes emmènent nos pays vers l'inconnu , et pourtant il les supporte , des visites échangés , des aides logistiques , aucune condamnation des répressions barbares des manifestations pacifiques , surtout celle de Siliana (utilisation du chevrotine contre les citoyens) , et même médiatiquement , on a remarqué un silence et black-out médiatique exprès par les médias français sur le sit-in du Bardou et la manifestation géante du 6 Août (plus de 400 milles manifestants) , le même en Egypte , on a négligé les 30 millions de gens qui se sont manifesté dans les rues du Caire le 30 Juin contre le président mascarade Morsi , et voilà qu'ils condamnent l'armée égyptienne pour son interventions contre les sit-inneurs armées des Frère Musulmans , ils sont mêmes entrain de négocier ce dossier dans le conseil de sécurité , on n'a jamais vu de telles positions lors de l'intervention des Marins en Irak et Afghanistan .

L'occident nous préparent un grand projet qui consiste à nous maintenir dans l'anarchie , le désordre , le terrorisme , les conflits armées et la guerre , leurs partenaires sont les islamistes et la droite arabe en générale , et nous n'avons qu'à résister ce projet par un plan qui commence par une autocritique de ce qui nous manque , nous les progressistes , les démocrates et les laïque , quelles fautes nous avons commis , et par quels types de discours nous devons s'adresser aux masses , cependant, on doit toujours être optimistes et positives , enfin , il faut reconnaître que nous sommes plus forts que pendant le régime de ZABA , et on doit toujours se rappeler que , enfin , c'est une révolution et les révolutions durent des années . 

Enfin , c'est le chemin de la liberté , il est long et compliqué , mais peut être qu'on est chanceux quand même de témoigner ces moments historique .

هل اراد ربّكم ذلك ؟

كان القرنين ال20 و ال21 الأسوأ في تاريخ البشرية , فقد كانا متزامنين مع ثورات تكنولوجية و علمية عظيمة , و كان العالم منقسما إلى ثلاثة أقطاب كبرى : قطب إمبريالي ليبرالي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية , قطب إسلامي أصولي محافظ و قطب يساري شيوعي كان الأضعف بعد سقوط الإتحاد السوفياتي.

كانت الفوضى عارمة في ذلك العصر , غزوات و نزاعات عسكرية , إرهاب و قتل و دمار , فقر مدقع, أمراض و أوبئة ...

سنة  2025 , وصلت الفوضى إلى ذروتها و اندلعت أسوء حرب في تاريخ الإنسانية : حرب نووية عالمية بدأت بين إيران(دولة فارسية شيعية) و إسرائيل (دولة يهودية) ثم انضمت إليها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية (القوة المهيمنة آنذاك) و كوريا الشمالية و 

الصين و روسيا و فرنسا و بلدان أخرى ...

 دمّر العالم بأسره , مات حوالي 500 مليون بشر حول العالم , ظهرت المجاعات و الأوبئة و أمراض مخبرية جديدة فتكت بنحو 90 مليون من سكان العالم ... دامت الحرب 10 سنوات ثم توقفت تدريجيّا بعد أن أدت الإشعاعات النووية إلى ظهور وباء غير مسبوق ينتشر في الهواء و الماء   يقوم بإذابة جزء من الدماغ , لم يستثن هذا الوباء الجنود و العسكريين و السياسيين فتوقفت الحرب مخلفة دمارا هائلا ... ظل العالم في حالة مريبة لثلاثة قرون توقف فيها كل شيء .

و مع مرور الزمن , بدأت البشرية تسترجع نشاطها تدريجيا , سنة 2678 , غزت الأرض مخلوقات غريبة تشبه الإنسان لكنها أكبر منه حجما بحوالي 5 مرات , تبين في ما بعد أنها مخلوقات فضائية تمتلك تكنولوجيا لم يتمكن للبشر فهمها ,أدركت هذه الكائنات ماذا حلّ بالعالم و فهمت جوهر الصراع  البشري فأبرمت قياداتها مع مكونات المجتمع المدني العالمي في أكتوبر 2680 اتفاقية جوهانزبرغ بنقل الليبراليين إلى مجرة خاصة بهم , و كذلك الشيوعيون و الإسلاميون , تم تنفيذ هذا القرار على امتداد 20 عاما .

مرت عقود على هذا الإجراء , بنا الرأسماليون عالمهم الديمقراطي الذي كان متميزا بتطور مستوى المعيشة و باكتشاف موارد طبيعية جديدة و أدت المنافسة بين رؤوس الأموال إلى تطور الإنتاج و تطور العلم و الطب ,  طبق الإسلاميون الشريعة فأصبح مجتمعهم خال من كل مظاهر الشذوذ و الإنحلال الأخلاقي بل و كان الجميع مواظبين على واجباتهم الدينية و شهد عالمهم تطورا علميا و ثقافيا باهرا , أنجز الشيوعيون الجنة التي كان يحلم بها ماركس , كان الجميع يعمل , الجميع ينتج , ألغي التفاوت الطبقي , لم يكن هناك فقر , كان العلم و الثقافة ملك للجميع و كان الحكم بيد الشعب ...       

ظلت هذه الحالة مستمرة , و بعد  3 قرون بدأت تظهر في المجرة الإسلامية دعوات لضرورة فتح المجرتين الديمقراطية (الليبرالية) و الحمراء (الشيوعية) , فقد كانت الدعوة واجبا على كل مسلم ...  , أما في المجرة الديمقراطية فقد إكتشف العلماء أن في المجرتين الإسلامية و الحمراء ثروات طبيعية هائلة يمكن أن تستفيد منها البشرية و أن في هاتين المجرتين شعوب يمكن أن تربحها الكثير من المال إذا استهلكت سلعها و منتوجاتها , و بخصوص المجرة الحمراء , وصلت معلومات إستخباراتية أنه بدأت تظهر الطبقية و إستغلال الإنسان للإنسان و اضطهاد المرأة في المجرات الأخرى و تعالت الأصوات لضرورة تحرير هذه الشعوب و القيام بالواجب الأخلاقي أمام التاريخ ... تحولت كل هذه الأفكار إلى مقترحات جدية , ثم إلى قرارات رسمية , و في سنة 3206 إنطلقت مركبات فضائية من المجرة الديمقراطية نحو المجرة الحمراء , التي كانت أقرب لها , لاستطلاع الأوضاع , فواجهتها المضادات الصاروخية الفضائية للجيش الأحمر الشعبي ببسالة و بدأت المواجهة الدامية , و بعد سنتين وصلت طائرات كونية من المجرة الإسلامية لتفتح المجرة الحمراء بعد أن أفتى في ذلك أمير المجرة , نشبت الحرب في الفضاء المجاور للمجرة الحمراء , و شكل تحالف وقتي بين الإسلاميين و الديمقراطيين , قاوم الشعب الشيوعي بأكمله هذا العدوان , و قدم التضحيات و نجح في نقل الحرب إلى الفضاء الخارجي المحايد حيث إنهار تحالف الإخوان و الليبراليين و وصل آلاف المتطوعين من المجرة الإسلامية للجهاد 

في سبيل الله .

طالت الحرب و اشتدت و تحولت مرة أخرى إلى حرب نووية لكنها هذه المرة دمرت بالكامل الإنسانية و لم يبقى في الكون سوى الله و الكائنات الفضائية و أنا .
